Norton Landing is an architecturally planned and designed community located on Church Road, 1 mile south of S. Cobb Drive. In addition to a variety of plans and elevations, it is also near downtown Smyrna Village and The Battery (home of the Atlanta Braves). Protective covenants and a Homeowner's Association help maintain the quality and appearance of the community.

When are assessments due and how do I pay?
Home Owners Association assessments are due on January 1st. You will receive notice via email 30 days prior to the due date. Payments can be made payable and mailed to the following address:

What do my HOA fees cover?
Your HOA fees cover the landscaping of common areas, insurance, utilities, and taxes.
Will there be an annual meeting and if so when?
Yes, annual meetings will be scheduled and communicated via email to the community members no less than 10 days prior to meeting date and time.
Do I need to submit a request to change or add anything on my property?
Yes, you must submit a Request for Modification Form. Simply go to the “Forms” folder in the Document section, fill in, and email to info@nortonlandinghoa.or
What if I cannot attend the annual meeting, can I still cast a vote?
Yes, if your account is in good standing, you can submit a proxy form. Proxy forms must be submitted in writing, dated and emailed to the Secretary prior to the scheduled meeting. Simply go the “Forms” folder in the Document section, fill in, and email to secretary@nortonlandinghoa.org

The purpose of the Norton Landing Homeowners Association is to promote recreation, health, safety, welfare, benefit and enjoyment of the homeowners within the community. The association strives to ensure that Norton Landing is preserved principally for high quality residential use.
